To secure precise result laboratories need to control their devices periodically. SureCycle® is a thermosensitive duplex real-time PCR to control the correct temperature during the annealing- and denaturation step. The kit is designed to control compatibility of plastics like tubes, plates and/or foiles and to verify the correct temperature of the real-time cycler.
